We are seeking a motivated new graduate to join our creative team as a Junior Content Producer, supporting the production of social media content projects for clients across the arts and cultural sector.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for art history, storytelling, and digital media, who is excited by the opportunity to help create innovative, high-end content designed for social platforms.

Working closely with our Senior Content Producer and creative team, you will contribute to the development and production of engaging content that brings art, culture, and heritage to digital audiences.

Based in our Brixton studio, you will be part of a small, collaborative team where you will gain hands-on experience across all stages of content production.

Responsibilities:

  • - Work alongside the Senior Videographer on scripting, filming and editing for high-value client projects

- Contribute to the planning, preparation, and execution of shoots

- Support the wider creative team across various aspects of production, including research, preparation, and project coordination

Skills & Experience:

- Strong writing and editing skills

- Basic filming or photography skills

  1. - Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)

- An interest in arts & culture

- Passion for creating engaging educational content

- Interest in digital storytelling and social media content production

- Ability to work collaboratively within a small creative team

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and multi-task

- You enjoy collaboration, have good communication skills and implement feedback given by the team and clients

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our studio in Brixton, London. As a small and dynamic creative team, we value collaboration and hands-on involvement across projects.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the entire team and gain experience across multiple areas of production.
